It doesn't look like luxury to me. Perhaps they shouldn't have used cheap Ikea furniture for staging. lol

Cherkovna Str. just east of Doctorski pametnik? You guys, do you have any idea of Sofia, or are you intentionally misleading people using the prestigious, central area of Doctorski Pametnik for advertising a property in Slatina district somewhere North of Madrid Str?

Who wrote this article? A clueless foreigner (sorry guys, but there are things best told by a native) or untrustworthy real estate agent?

Read under the photo. Who is credited with the picture? M3 Communications. What do they do? PR. Who owns Novinite? M3 Communications.

That should clear up the reason why a "news site" is used for PR.
