“I am protesting and demanding that Naomi Campbell should become my secretary! It is normal that a person who is insecure about the quality of their work to react in this way. Who is protesting? It is those who are insecure and worried. Let them protest. Everybody in Bulgaria has the right to do what they want.”

Bulgaria’s Culture Minister Vezhdi Rashidov commenting on the protests among actors in Sofia against the Ministry’s idea to merge certain theaters and to shut down the opera in the southern city of Plovdiv.

It is a attempt to establish a Formula 1 facility with foreign money in order to serve the interests of certain circles in Bulgaria.
